Off to the beach

Today was a lovely day in Florida to put on the bathing suit and tan on the beach. It's been months since I last went to the beach. Suntan lotion on, blue skies, blistering sun...sigh. While at the beach, my fiance and I had seen a seagull that was larger than any other seagull we'd seen before. Then this bird came across something disgusting that my fiance couldn't distinguish. He only said that it was a bone, without the marrow and the bird was eating the meat on the outside. This was followed by a large pelican that landed next to our towels.
